European Giants Want Ruben Amorim After Man Utd Sack Message



 Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has stated that he will not compromise his football philosophy despite mounting speculation about his possible dismissal. The Red Devils suffered a 3-0 defeat to rivals Manchester City on Sunday, increasing pressure on Amorim amid a disappointing start to the season.

United currently sit 14th in the Premier League, having collected just four points from their first four games. The team has scored only two goals from open play, despite spending €225.7 million on new attacking players over the summer. These results represent the lowest points tally ever recorded by a continuously present English top-flight club since Amorim took charge last November.

Fans have expressed frustration with Amorim’s insistence on his preferred 3-4-3 system. As a result, he is now the second-favourite to be the next Premier League manager sacked, behind West Ham’s Graham Potter.

After the loss to City, Amorim spoke to the media, emphasizing his commitment to his approach. He said he will not change his philosophy unless he personally decides to do so. Amorim insisted that he will continue to give his all for the club, adding that he is focused on doing what is best for Manchester United and is suffering as much as the fans over poor results. He stressed that decisions regarding his future are not his to make, but he will continue to give his best while in charge.

Portuguese giants Benfica are reportedly monitoring the situation. Should Amorim be dismissed by United in the coming weeks, the club would be interested in appointing him as their new head coach. Amorim spent nine years as a player at Benfica and, despite building his managerial reputation at Sporting CP, the Portuguese side would consider bringing him back in a managerial capacity, according to FootballTransfers.

Barca never had financial room to register Olmo -La Liga

 La Liga said Wednesday Barcelona did not have the financial capacity to register players Dani Olmo and Pau Victor and still lack it, ahead of a decision by Spain’s sports council (CSD) over the duo’s eligibility to play.
