However, their hopes will be lifted by the return of key midfielders Aurélien Tchouaméni and Dani Ceballos. Tchouaméni was suspended for the first leg, while Ceballos was sidelined with an injury — both are now available and expected to play key roles, especially with Eduardo Camavinga suspended and Luka Modrić likely starting on the bench.
Real Madrid will be without several important players due to injury, including Dani Carvajal, Éder Militão, Andriy Lunin, and Ferland Mendy.
Ancelotti has chosen not to include any outfield players from the youth academy, aside from backup goalkeepers Sergio Mestre and Fran González, who will support Thibaut Courtois in the squad.
